Free Loom is Quneryva’s introductory course for people who want to explore AI within everyday recruiting work. It was created for recruiters, hiring coordinators, talent teams, and learners who need a clear starting point without technical language or coding tasks.

The course began with a simple observation: many people hear about AI in hiring but do not know where it may fit within their current responsibilities. General explanations can feel disconnected from role research, candidate communication, interview preparation, and recruiting documentation. Free Loom brings these topics together through structured modules, practical examples, and guided review activities.

Learners examine how written instructions influence AI-generated drafts and why context matters during every task. The course introduces role summaries, candidate messages, interview themes, hiring notes, and responsible review methods. Each example is presented as material for consideration rather than a final decision.
